It looks like a hotel, room has air conditioner. Beds are very wide.

This hotel new better times, when I stayed there in dorm room, all people in my room were Vietnamese and they lived in the hotel for long time. It is not located close to tourists attractions, more like in regular neighborhood where all sidewalks are blocked by the tables and mopeds making almost impossible to walk. Showers wasn’t in good condition and have no hooks. I don’t know if you can swim in the pool because there was no water circulation in it. Everything looks pretty worn out.

The hotel was clean, centrally located. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Overall I was very satisfied, this is where I will be staying next time. Thank you very much!

The hotel is located on a street that’s under construction, so it looks a bit messy from the outside. But honestly, for this price, the place is beyond expectations. It’s clean, and you can have fun chatting with your roommates. this is definitely a good choice.

The hotel is right in the city center. The front area is a bit messy because of road construction, but it’s fine. The bed is cheap, clean, and the staff are very helpful.

Unfortunately, the minute we entered the room we saw several cockroaches crawling around. The bedsheets had holes in them, there were super loud noises from the hallway, water in the shower were cold. We tried to get some sleep but when we woke up there were cockroaches on the bed. We got out of there ASAP, staff didn’t ask why we were leaving.

The individual dorms didn't have a bed lamp.Also the toilets need clearer signage to distinguish between male and female dorm ?.

Overall a spacious hotel room, with a good view from the window. Fast WiFi is enough for remote work. Cool staff. Very good location.

The staff at the front desk were nice people.

The floors were dirty, probably hadn’t been swept in a few weeks. The showers were dirty and the drains didn’t work. The bed sheets had someone else’s hair all over them. Dirty place all over. The drinking water had green sludge at the drain bin.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Nice hotel, converted into a hostel on several floors.The rooms are spacious, beautiful large beds about 130 cm wide, comfortable mattresses, blackout curtains, a lamp above the bed and sockets.There is drinking water and a microwave in the common area. Large storage cabinets with keys. Very quiet!I recommend it!

The shower room doesn't look perfect, but for that price, I won't even lower my estimate.

The room was dirty — the bed was unclean, the floor was muddy, and the door couldn’t even close properly.

I recently stayed at Quoc Cuong Center Hotel in-between stops while going on a visit / visa run to Lao , its not the most cleanest or comfortable place but I give it 5 stars because of the two very helpful , conscientious & professional young lady's I met , Ms Ha Phuong & Ms Ngon who were very proficient at their roles in customer service , I originally booked for two nights , I then extended for another two as per my plans for transport but as it turned out I was able to leave for the border the next day so I cancelled one night & although I had paid , I was nicely surprised to be given one nights refund for the night I wouldn't be there ..I recommend this hotel even if it is just to meet these two Girls & receive that special service too .... Thanks again .. a special thanks also to the night receptionist who kindly booked a Grab for me early in the morning ..
